The May 2009 edition of Startup Saturday organised by the Headstart Network concentrated on the Entertainment Vertical and took place at SPJIMR, Mumbai.
The event started with the introduction session by Aditya Mishra followed by the showcase of Nautanki.tv by Mr. Sunil R. Nair, CEO, Nautanki.tv.
Up next was the showcase of BookMyShow by Mr. Roopesh Shah , Head of Marketing, BigTree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. & Mr. Rajesh Bysani, Head of Product Development, BigTree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
Later Gul Panag entered the auditorium and after a brief introduction by Netra, Gul spoke about Social Media & Blogging and how she uses the internet to connect with her fans. There was a short tea break after Gul Panag’s session.
After the tea break we had Mr. Dale Bhagwagar, Renowned Bollywood Public Relations Expert talk about various Bollywood clients he’s worked with and how he manages his high profile clients PR.
Snacks & Networking followed after Dale’s session.
Altogether it was a good show. A big thanks to the Headstart team for organising the event.
